can not trust I had brought my car in for a recall and to find out why my AC was not working. Brian did not fully explain the whole process to me or what they were doing and was told to just pay $300 and that they will identify the leak in my car's AC. He then told me to come back in a few days so they can identify the leak. I then verified with him to ask if additional charges will be made when I come back and he said no more additional charges. When I went back to the dealer today, Brian tells me I need to pay an additional $1400 to fix my AC. I was surprised and he denied his claims of not needing me to pay anymore additional charges. I had gone to another auto shop the previous day to check my AC and he only charged $25 for evaluation. I do not appreciate people taking advantage of customers during harsh times like these. More
