Easy First Time Car Buying Experience Anya Kerns and Dwayne Smallwood, in addition to the sales manager and finance manager, were excellent to deal with! This was my first time ever buying Anya Kerns and Dwayne Smallwood, in addition to the sales manager and finance manager, were excellent to deal with! This was my first time ever buying a car. After emailing back and forth with Anya, we were able to agree on a price. She was very easy to deal with in getting me all the discounts she could. When I went to pickup the car, she was out of the office but arranged for Dwayne to handle things for her. He too was very easy to deal with and made sure I got the best deal I could. The sales manager called around and got me qualified for a great loan rate. The finance manager explained everything clearly and I was on my way with my new car. I was with my mom and we both commented that we felt we got a great deal and didn't feel like anyone was trying to sneak anything by us.
