Unfortunately, my first car buying experience was horrific! The car was filthy, the battery died, and someone put a dent in the bumper while it was being serviced. Although the bumper was fixed, it was a very sloppy lazy job; the dent is still there and a portion of the bumper is dull; not shiny like the rest of it. The dealer I worked with was nice and came out of his way to assist me when the battery died, but it just doesn't make up for the experience I had as a customer. I would like to remember my first car buying experience as an exciting and fun one, but unfortunately it is only a very bad memory. I'm very disappointed with the service and extremely upset about the bumper. More
