And finding missing lug studs and nuts after the service is concerning too. Especially: John who retired from the repair shop a few years ago, Ben, Zee , the long ago manager of Matt Slap who introduced us to the Subaru;and of late Serena, Ellen, and Saul (who did a splendid job detailing our car), and many others. And of course Debbie who left.Matt Slap a few years ago and who demonstrated all the gadgets and gizmos in our new car. You have an excellent support staff. Keep them!
