Before going in I corresponded with Siani Perkins in the Internet Sales Department, she was very helpful in scheduling a time for me to come in and test drive a vehicle as well as answering my questions. Mark Fox was the Sales Person who took care of me in the dealership. He was excited to work with me, very friendly, and super helpful. The only so-so experience was with the finance team. The gentleman working the numbers claimed I could not use financing thru my credit union because I no longer lived/worked in Delaware. This directly contradicted the information I was given that morning by a loan officer at the credit union. I stood firm and, after some pushing, he used my credit union instead of their preferred bank of JP Morgan. Overall the experience was a good one. I left with a car I love, I feel like the price I paid was fair, and I never felt pressured. More

Friends suggested the Subaru and after some research I was interested enough to stop by the dealership. I met with Jay Brown who answered all my questions. He was so patient and laughed at all of my dumb jokes. I never felt like I was being “sold” to. He showed me the Ascent, explaining the safety features. Later my husband and I came back together and again he was thorough and patient. I did go to about 4 other dealerships to narrow my search. The Kia Telluride has far more bells and whistles but in the end I liked the idea of being a part of the Subaru family. Besides... an 8” screen is all a girl really needs. We brought our car home last night and Jay came in on his day off to make sure he was there for us. He walked us through every single button and feature. He paired out phones and helped us set channels. I have never had a more positive car buying experience. Thank you Matt Slap Subaru and most of all thank you to Jay Brown. You are a class act! More

We were given a good deal, treated well and they even let our furry dog hang out in the show room as we finalized paperwork. More

From the first time I went to browse the inventory onsite, salesman Mark Fox was incredibly friendly, helpful and informative. As a shopper, I usually know what I'm looking for before I set foot in the store/showroom, and this was no different. Rather than pressure me towards anything else or push for the up-sell, Mark listened to what I wanted (Impreza hatchback) and then worked to help me find it and to make sure I was happy with it. That is something that goes a long way in forming my opinion of a dealership and salesman. Between the interactions with Mark in sales and then Chris in finance, this was so easy-going it almost left me confused, but definitely satisfied. My mother tagged along with me, and not only did she comment that this was the best car-buying experience that she's witnessed, but now is thinking of getting a Subaru for herself! I'll definitely recommend Matt Slap to anyone shopping for a new car. Thanks, guys! More

I recently took vehicle in for oil change (think 6/24) and the intake person was very nice and gave me the advertised coupon discount because it was my birthday (I had mentioned). I appreciated that as I had forgot to show the coupon on my phone when I signed in. I believe I'll be a lifetime Subaru customer, I love my Forester! More

Ease of scheduling although I did have to wait a week to get my car in it was explained to me that Vinny the paint guy only comes on site once a week. Was there two hours and understood the process of having to wait since I wasn't the only one there they kept me well informed are the entire process excellent experience. No doubt at all when I chose to purchase a Subaru last year that Matt Slap would let me down. From the ease of buying we had Glenn and he was awesome do the service Top Notch service. They offer snacks coffee and water while waiting. Two huge waiting rooms they're quite comfortable. Happy with every visit that we have there. Was reminded that my car would need an oil change in September and was asked if my email was on file so that they could send the reminder very thoughtful. Thanks everyone there at Matt Slap Subaru. .
