The service at VW is great. They respond to the reason you brought your car in for service. They will also check and make sure you are up to date on your mileage requirements They respond to the reason you brought your car in for service. Michael was amazing! ! He was friendly, patient & professional. I was going to test drive the atlas & get the atlas. That was the plan. If the atlas didn’t work, then leav ! Coming from a Nissan Z to a Jeep Renegade, the atlas was too big :-( I felt extremely uncomfortable in the truck. Michael swept in & saved the day! He listened to me & found the PERFECT car for me & my toddler! My son & I Love my 2023 Tiguan!!! LOVE. Even my husband likes it! It’s rare when we like the same car, Lol! Despite not getting the atlas, I Had to have a vehicle with a panoramic roof. Michael showed me the tiguan & it was Ova! That beauty opens up the car immensely. Thank you Michael!! More
