We are very sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your visit with us recently. I would like to apologize for making you feel like we don't appreciate you and your business, because we do appreciate you giving us the chance to work with you. When we appraise a vehicle, we use several sources to determine the value of a used vehicle including live market data. The market determined that there is a slightly larger market days supply. We also, looked at Black Book trade in and Nada trade value. We also had to take into consideration that it has an open door latch recall with no available remedy. This means we are unable to sell the car until it can be fixed per our corporate policy. These were the factors we had to take into consideration in determining a value for the vehicle. We really want you to get the best deal you can, which means getting a great deal on your trade. Giving me below book value for an open recall? I was aware of the recall and the fact that Ford will fix it as soon as parts are available. My car is still under warranty also. Low Nada value was $2000 more than what you offered me. I'm not going to argue but I'm not buying from a dealership that will treat a woman this way. Thank goodness I know the value of my vehicle and am not in a rush to sell it.
