I took my x3 for a tire puncture. To my surprise, the greeter told me the only way to assist me was with an appointment?? For a tire puncture? The the staff at the dealership is very attentive to the customer and generally provide useful information. However, everything took inordinate amounts of time. After the test drive and I told the salesma customer and generally provide useful information. However, everything took inordinate amounts of time. After the test drive and I told the salesman that I wanted to buy the car it took almost 2 1/2 hours to conclude the work and step into my car. This 2 1/2 hours was time at the dealership and does not include the time I spent going to the bank to get a cashiers check. The dealership had no more than 3 or 4 customers during this time so it was not that sales and financing staff were overwhelmed by customers. It is hard to imagine why every step of the process from getting a firm purchase price, to getting paperwork for getting credit report to getting the final contract to so much time. More

As a repeat and originating customer, I don’t like being told I can’t have the same price for break pads that I paid $440 for last time they needed replacement. Instead I was told that prices are higher for everything now and that the best they could do was $520. I ended up paying $460 which was fine. The point is, don’t use scare tactics and the excuse that everything is getting more expensive because that is BS. I bought the car from this dealership and only take my car here for service, so a little respect to my loyalty would be appreciated. More
Everything is fine and dandy except waiting time.If I am making an appointment for a specific time then a simple oil and filter service should not take 2 t0 3 hours!
