Rene was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He did not try to sell me a car, he showed the different options to me with in-depth knowledge on the differences between the 2 options. What I also really appreciated and made me choose Pacific BMW is the fact that they did not try to charge me a premium on the car because there was high demand and low supply, or a supposed discount for already being a BMW owner (which is in fact a discount on an additional premium that I had experienced in other BMW dealerships). Rene was very responsive. It was a very smooth process, very efficient, with no stress and a mutual feeling of respect. Best dealership experience in more than 20 years buying cars in many places. Worst services I have ever received from any BMW . Purchased a BMWX5 with some missing parts which I was promised to ship in 3 weeks. Yesayi was the advisor for this sell. He never got back to me . Galo is wonderful. However, the loaner car was on RESERVE gas when I got it. So as soon as I got on the freeway, right after leaving the dealership, the reserve alarm went off. I had to get off the RESERVE gas when I got it. So as soon as I got on the freeway, right after leaving the dealership, the reserve alarm went off. I had to get off the freeway and find a gas station! NOT NICE to give me a car with NO GAS! Then, the car was DIRTY when I picked it up. There was a note not to wash it for a day. I assume it was because I had the windshield replaced. But that is ridiculous. You can wash a car without washing the windshield. I had the windshield replaced a year ago and the car was washed when I picked it up. VERY disappointing experience with the exception of Galo. Galo is always fantastic. AND I did not get reimbursed for the $30 gas I had to put in the EMPTY tank. More
