Customer service was ok until they found out that insurance was involved. Long wait time, to drop off my car(with an appointment!), long wait time for adjuster to give his estimate, car sat there for insurance was involved. Ridiculous price for labor. This place is a joke!!! More

Aside from being extremely slow, they don't listen to their clients. I told them abkuty issue and they disregard me to keep my car overnight...only to come back and tell me the problem was exactly what I their clients. Nelli is the best salesperson we've interacted with in ages. She is kind, professional, and funny. The entire leasing process could have been made quicker, and filling out some of the paperwork digitally ages. She is kind, professional, and funny. Also, a CX tip: offering to wash the car that customers drive into the dealership would really have made this experience the best. More
