Rene was great and these guys are the only BMW dealer in LA that operates properly. Others didnt return calls or couldnt access their inventory. This place clearly understands how to sell cars. You get video messages from the technician working on your car to explain exactly what is being done and if they find anything unexpected. Very cool feature that adds transparency to a typically opaque process. Wonderful measures have been taken during the pandemic so you don't actually need to go in to get your car serviced. More

Overall service is exceptional. I love that the technician working on your car send you a video of what was worked on. The only issue is that check in takes such a long time. The person who ends up helping you is not the person that you were scheduled with. Other than that everything was Great. For most part everyone was very professional in service with the exception of someone working in parts whom did not seem to possess knowledge when ask questions. More
