Thorough, outstanding service work! A big shout-out to my SA Narek Petrosian and my Tech Paul Bederian. I had been to other BMW dealerships who could not find any issues and told me to "live with it" -- but Narek and Paul went the extra mile to fix the problem and prove that I wasn't crazy about this after all.
