I live in West Hollywood, but had had an excellent experience with the folks at this Glendale location (Pacific BMW) and so I reached out. Yesenia Abrego responded promptly and guided me through the process. We exchanged several emails throughout and she was always prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. We set up an appointment for remote servicing (they'd send someone to my place to perform the replacement). The window they gave me started at 2pm. I received a phone call at precisely 2pm, on the dot. Luis was courteous and professional and explained that the repair would last 15 minutes. He lied. It took 14. He was quick, efficient, and friendly. The repair was done perfectly, and everything happened exactly as the team had explained. I'll repeat it for emphasis... I live in West Hollywood and chose to contact this branch in Glendale which is virtually the other side of the planet. And I will be contacting them for every service need moving forward. This team seems to care a lot about customer service and it has made enough of an impression that I will happily make the commute to experience more of it in the coming days. More

Everything was great! Narek greeted us at the car and immediately got to work. We wanted to take a look at some newer models while we waited and he took us inside where Raffi greeted us and took over. He immediately got to work. They never wash my car very well! The oil change was good to get but my favorite part of taking my lease in for service is they wash it for you. When I was with Lexus my car would come out looking SPOTLESS. Twice now with BMW it seems they just give it a really quick rinse, and the interior was vacuumed but no surfaces were even wiped down!
