Eddie is very rude ,disrespectful,unprofessional and thinks that he can raise his voice on the customer wile he was doing inspections to the my car.He needs to be trained how to deal with customers,after all he has a job because we are the once who lease the cars and he gets paid to help us and not scream at us. A lot has been changed to worse in this place.They used to have best customer service back in 5 years ago vs now. More
