Efficient service I brought my 335i in because of a check engine warning light. The problem was diagnosed and repaired in about 6 hours. The car is running great again! Customer Experience I had an amazing customer's service experience at Pacific BMW over the weekend....To start off with, I am a stickler about having a WOW customer servi I had an amazing customer's service experience at Pacific BMW over the weekend....To start off with, I am a stickler about having a WOW customer service experience when it comes to buying something big. My first experience with James - the internet sales person was top notch. He listened to me and addressed my questions and concerns. He had Soran Hawlery, the Sales Manager contact me about the car that I wanted. Soran was awesome! He explained to me what deal he could do over the phone. There were no back-and-forth. We came to an agreement and the deal was done in 15 minutes. Not like some of the dealerships. I hate the xxxxxxxx conversations and wasting time. I went to the dealership to test drive the car, Soran and Nelli came to greet me. Soran let me know that he was finishing up with another customer and that Nelli would be doing the test drive with me. She was awesome as well. This is what I expected and they were amazing from beginning to end. The other amazing thing is that Soran does his own paperwork, so he will be with you from beginning to end - from making the deal to completing the paperwork with you versus you having to go to the finance department to do the paperwork. The whole process took about 30 minutes, which is pretty awesome!! Please, if you are looking for a BMW, make sure to contact Soran!! He will take care of you. You will not be disappointed. More
