ALMOST a great service experience. Came in to have my oil changed and fix/replace one of my adaptive headlights. Narek P. is always a pleasure to work with, answered all my questions an Came in to have my oil changed and fix/replace one of my adaptive headlights. Narek P. is always a pleasure to work with, answered all my questions and got me out of there quickly. When I came to pick up my car, Narek was out for the day and another SA signed me out and told me to wait 10 mins for my car. 30 mins elapsed and still no car. I followed up with one of the porters and turns out that the SA didn’t call for my car. The porter was able to get my car out in less than 10 minutes soon after and I went my merry way. My previous visits to this dealership has always been pretty good. My only suggestion is to have someone check up on waiting customers to ensure their vehicle has been queued for release. More

Service The rep told me to walk to the loaner car to put the key in the car when we were both in his office. There are more to this bad review.......they did not tell me that they were giving me a loaner car without a moonroof. They have not go over my warranty coverage. They also claimed that i had more gas in the loaner and they wanted to charge me for gas. More
