Great Service Everyone was very professional and courteous. From the moment I dropped off my car and picked it up the next morning. I really like how they send you a video of the inspection of your car. The service area was clean and everyone I came in contact with was welcoming. They are obviously very popular as they have four service lanes and it was getting a little backed up. Most likely because it was right before Thanksgiving. But the staff was professional and did everything they could to get people through as soon as possible. Danny was great. It was my first time there and I would absolutley come back and ask for him again. I had my 18 mo granddaughter with me and she had fallen asleep in the car. They let me stay in the car until the very last minute and helped me switch over her car seat into the loaner (they didn't install it, legal issue) but the assistance was appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend coming here. More

While I had my car in for service I requested an estimate for the damage to my bumper. It took a long time to get the estimate. I received the estimate when I arrived to pick up my car. I had already received an estimate from Seidners. The estimate I received from Pacific BMW was over 110% higher than the estimate I previously received. I certainly would not recommend anyone get body work performed at Pacific BMW based on the disproportionate estimate I received. More
