Excellent Customer Service The service center was very busy, yet everyone was friendly and professional. I was told that service would take about 2 hours, and, like clockwork, 2 The service center was very busy, yet everyone was friendly and professional. I was told that service would take about 2 hours, and, like clockwork, 2 hours after they received my vehicle, I received a text that they were finished. After a brief wait, my vehicle was returned to me with all the required worked and what has to be one of the best washes it has ever received. This was just all around a good experience. More

Leasing a new car I was referred to Pacific BMW by a colleague of mine who has leased a few cars from there. I am a BMW lease holder, but had been considering moving aw I was referred to Pacific BMW by a colleague of mine who has leased a few cars from there. I am a BMW lease holder, but had been considering moving away from the brand because of some bad interactions I have had with my local dealership. The experience here was amazing. Greg was approachable, helpful, knowledgeable, and overall just wanted to help me find the right fit for me and my family.
