Worst Service I brought my brand new 530e in because the car lowered the windows by itself in the middle of the night while it was raining. The car had water damage I brought my brand new 530e in because the car lowered the windows by itself in the middle of the night while it was raining. The car had water damages and threw errors in the main display. After two weeks your service told me that they couldn't find anything but they will call an engineer from BMW USA who I was told also didn't find anything. They asked me if I want to pay for the damages out of pocket or involve my insurance. I filed a claim with BMW USA and their team told me that my car was never inspected by an engineer from BMW USA! Your service advisor, Amie Gasabyan, lied to me. I also brought my car in before (after just owning it for a month) for a similar issue involving the trunk. Mrs. Gasabyan told me the same thing but was also confirmed from BMW USA that my car was never inspected based on their records. Long story short, all of this took over 5 month! I got my car back after 5 month and after having a loaner, a rental car and another rental car! I'll never come back to your dealership! More

Fast & Super Easy I called Luke Latham to let him know what car I was looking at and before I arrived the car was sitting and ready. After we put the agreed upon dea I called Luke Latham to let him know what car I was looking at and before I arrived the car was sitting and ready. After we put the agreed upon deal together with Arsen, I went to Lucy in Finance and then left. It was the fastest and easiest ever car purchase as well as the fact that after fully researching, it was the best deal around. Shortly after I left the dealership and drove home, Luke arrived with my new car shortly thereafter. He then went over the entire car. Best sales experience ever Regards More

For the Customer I only wish I had come to Pacific BMW sooner. For years I've been going to another local BMW dealership for service. My experience with this other loc I only wish I had come to Pacific BMW sooner. For years I've been going to another local BMW dealership for service. My experience with this other local BMW dealership is that (even when the car is under warranty) they don't find or fix the problem/s. Out of pure frustration I took my BMW to Pacific BMW and they fixed it right away. I'm also very happy with my service rep, Galo. Thank you for restoring my faith in BMW!!! More
