The Service part was good. The scheduling was awful. Danny was awesome. My big complaint is that when I scheduled a time with Linda, I was not told that the car will not be ready when I brought it in lat Danny was awesome. I rushed into afternoon traffic from the West Valley into Glendale only to find out I cannot get a simple oil change done that day. I had to reschedule to make sure I got a loaner. More
