Misrepresentation by technician I scheduled my services to address a clicking noise from the driver-side rear wheel and the squeaking break noise, which is covered by the maintenance I scheduled my services to address a clicking noise from the driver-side rear wheel and the squeaking break noise, which is covered by the maintenance plan . The consultant reported the noise issue has been corrected. During my drive home, I quickly learned the noise still exists. Upon my arrival at home, I reviewed the repair notes and learned technician blamed the noise for "loose items in the trunk." I doubled checked my trunk and confirmed there are not items in there. I have since called, sent text messages, left voice message and no one has returned my call. The squeaking noise was also not addressed because the breaks are not worn "less than 30%." The consultant explain to me the noise is common among all M series cars and ones with ceramic breaks. I have a another sports cars worth four times the price of this car with ceramic breaks and no such issue is present. Two hours of my time wasted for drop off and pickup and no issue was corrected. It is more frustrating that the text messaging used to communicate with me is not being answered! More
