I showed up Monday morning without an appointment, and the service center I took my BMW in for a service after experiencing an issue over the weekend. I showed up Monday morning without an appointment, and the service center took my in happily without any issues. Danny helped me get checked in and a courtesy vehicle. I was in and out within an hour! The service team at Pacific BMW is courtesy and thorough! They set me updates about my vehicle and rectified the issue within a few hours. The most awful experience ever Went in for a recall, came out with a missing music knob and my tail light indicator on.
