The worst dealership experience. They sold me a 2019 440i Gran Coupe with warped brake rotors. The vehicle was intensely shaking during braking on the freeway. .When I returned to They sold me a 2019 440i Gran Coupe with warped brake rotors. The vehicle was intensely shaking during braking on the freeway. .When I returned to dealership within 18 hours after signing the contract, no one wanted to help me nor addresse the issue; finally, when I insisted, they attempted to conceal the problem. The service at Pacific BMW is great! I have always received great service at Pacific BMW. The only issue I had at my last visit was the length of time it took to drop off and pick up my I have always received great service at Pacific BMW.
