Great Car, Terrible Service My wife and I flew in to pick up a car from Pacific BMW. We should have known things were going to be bad when we saw a puzzle on the coffee table in My wife and I flew in to pick up a car from Pacific BMW. We should have known things were going to be bad when we saw a puzzle on the coffee table in the waiting area, because wait we did. Even though the salesperson knew when we would arrive, we waited hours for the paperwork to be completed. The salesperson spent all of 30 minutes with us and even then, he did a poor job of explaining how things worked with the out of state title and registration. I have purchased many BMW automobiles out of state and this is the very worst experience I have had. I suggest that if you are buying from out of state that you look somewhere else with more experience because this place has pretty poor customer service. I really wanted to enjoy the experience because the car was what I was looking for, but the whole dealer experience at Pacific BMW just turned me off from ever considering them again. More
