As far as sales person he has done excellent job I am very satisfied from Sales person and technical person working with him they have done excellent job to me . But I am not satisfied with BMW Finan I am very satisfied from Sales person and technical person working with him they have done excellent job to me . But I am not satisfied with BMW Financial company for returning my leased car, they have very bad policies to compare to other similar dealers like Mercedes Benz, Audi and others, I was obliged to change and install new tiers because it was rejected also had to go to body shop to maintain small crashes or spots , this is not good I am Pacific BMW customer for last 20 year, me my wife and two sons always leasing or buying cars from you, currently we have four BMW using by my family, I believe company has to give some exceptions for valuable and well recorded customers More
