Showed up 2 minutes early to my appointment. Was still within my extended warranty period and was given a $700 quote for a scheduled maintenance. I asked them to check my warranty period and they returned within my extended warranty period and was given a $700 quote for a scheduled maintenance. I left to return home to check my documents, called back to confirm I did still have warranty and the lady apologized and saw I did. I had to drive back to drop off the car. It needed a special part so it stayed overnight. When I picked up the car, the mileage was 10 higher than when dropped off. I’ve asked for a reason why the car would need to be driven at all for a standard service, no diagnostics and haven’t heard back. Frustrating because this is the closest BMW to my house but won’t be returning. More
