The service center did a very good job, however, Volkswagen has a new policy of only providing transportation “TO” the dealership. So VERY CHEAP! I have had various dealers servicing my cars over the past 30 years and they have always provided transportation both ways..whether it be in a shuttle, a loaner car or an Uber/Lyft ride. When I purchased my new car from VW a little under 2 years ago, I pre-purchased an expensive service plan. Paying for transportation back to the dealer really irks me. DONT BE SO CHEAP VW! Experience left an extremely bad taste in my mouth for VW. More

I went in and told the guy I now nothing about cars and to make sure everything gets taken care of .. My transmission blew up a few years ago and volkswagen blamed me and said I hadnt serviced the transmi to make sure everything gets taken care of .. I will not be going back ever again. The one thing I told him I knew i needed was an oil change and new light bulbs. i told him multiple light bulbs were out and to please go ahead and change them because i had a long road trip the next morning. guess what they didnt change the xxxxxx light bulbs and I had to drive to san fran with a missing brake light and no right turn signal. they are the worst there. he wasnt even going to give me the recomendations.. he was just like 'alright we serviced your car.. see ya!' VERY easy to get my car in to get serviced. Susan, as always, took great care of me. Had a loaner car for 24 hours until my car was ready. Now it's running great again! Thanks Pacific!
