Not happy Very disappointed with service...My husband tried to drop off the diesel Wednesday between 6 and 7 and the "quick lane" (truck service station) was cl Very disappointed with service...My husband tried to drop off the diesel Wednesday between 6 and 7 and the "quick lane" (truck service station) was closed. Went to the regular service desk and was informed the the "QL" closed at 6. Fine, left the truck and got call today the the repairs were finished. Arrived today at 5:50 only to find out they were closed! Had the service adviser informed me of this, especially on a Friday, I would have paid my bill over the phone and all would have been well. COMMUNICATION PEOPLE!! You are the front line to the customer, therefore that makes you customer service! And, don't even get me started on why the paperwork wasn't left with, or accessible by another department that is still open...like any other dealership in the Tri-State area!! Sorry to say, but the way my husband feels now, you just may have lost a good customer due to your service department. ...Don't mess with a man and his truck, especially the night before Trout season! Little things should count too, when buying a USED vehicle. Rocky helped us a few years back with a used 2010 Ford 150 The truck is still running strong , no issues. This time around he helped us with a 2017 F- 150. Truck runs great and I expect to put many miles on this as well. Rocky did everything we asked and he was very helpful. The truck did not have a bed liner and Pacifico Ford included a bed liner. But as I have been using the vehicle, two things come to mind. Minor , but two things that are maybe small in some peoples mind but as they say, ( the little things count.) The bed liner that they installed has four large square holes , two on each side of the bed liner. They must have been there for another vehicle and couldn't use it. Can't imagine a new bed liner having these four large square holes in the side of the bed liner. Possibly a return from another customer ? Who knows, but friends that have the F-150 don't have these four large square holes cut out of their bed liner. The second "small" detail was the floor mats that were provided with this vehicle. They were really bad. Doesn't even seem that they fit the F 150, maybe for a small foreign car. They must have put some cleaning spray on the floor, because they fly around the cab of the truck . It's actually comical.That's why I said I would give 4 1/2 stars not the 4 stars that are up there. I understand that we bought a USED vehicle. BUT THE LITTLE THINGS SHOULD COUNT TOO.. Rocky was great. Nice guy and did what he could to get the sale done. More
