Happy Decision I was debating whether I should buy a new car or just use my 2015 Escape till it died. I was at Pacifico Ford for an oil change. A lady, name Kelly, w I was debating whether I should buy a new car or just use my 2015 Escape till it died. I was at Pacifico Ford for an oil change. A lady, name Kelly, who had left messages on my phone about various options for my 2015 car, had called me while I was waiting for my car. I figured I had nothing to lose to hear various options. She introduced me to Neal Bauer, a sales person. I listened to various issues presented about possibly buying a new car. My mental debate was finances. I never felt any pressure to buy a new car but I had been giving it thought. Neal Bauer helped me understand how financially I could do a trade in and basically have the same amount monthly which I was paying for my 2015 Escape. He put me at ease as I contemplated my options and then, I decided to buy my new 2018 Escape. Again, there was no pressure. I felt comfortable and happy with my decision. I strongly recommend Pacifico to anyone who is thinking to buy a car. More
