Horrible Sales Manager Yesterday I took my niece out to buy a used car. We met a very nice salesman R. He tried to help us find something in her price range. Unfortunately Yesterday I took my niece out to buy a used car. We met a very nice salesman R. He tried to help us find something in her price range. Unfortunately they did not have anything in stock. He then asked a Sales Manager in passing named Larry if he could help us and that's when things got ugly. Larry began to berate the salesman, yelling at him from a smaller office so loud that we heard every word he said. He told him "Never stop a manager when he is busy. Now I have to stop what I am doing to help THEM too." When they returned, I mentioned that I was not pleased with his lack of professionalism nor his attitude. He looked me in the eyes and lied to my face, saying "that's not what I said." I stated we no longer wish to do business with him. We thanked the salesman and appoligised for his tratment by his SO CALLED manager. As we walked away, Larry turned and said "see what I mean". That really upset me and my niece. I again addressed his LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM and left. Buyer beware. Larry the Sales Manager is an AWEFUL human being More
