Excellent Came in because I took my Ford to another Ford Dealership across the street from my job and i couldn't what they said. Sean seen the look on my face when i got there and he told me that he would take it to the service guys and let me know what was wrong. He came back out and said no need to worry your car the axles wrong but it's covered under your warranty or the other dealership told me was something completely different so Sean made my visit very comfortable and very pleasant I would recommend him to anybody that comes to ford to have service done.
