Really made me feel like a valued customer. From the moment I visited Pacifico Ford I felt appreciated by the staff. Everyone was courteous, friendly and above knowledgeable about the vehicles. It was the first time I purchased a truck and they were there to answer every question and allowed me to go at my own pace in choosing the vehicle that fit me best. They did their job without being pushy or aggressive and it really made me feel comfortable purchasing a truck from Rocky. He did a great job and was very informative about the vehicle I chose. Normally purchasing a vehicle seems to take forever with all the paperwork but they were organized and efficient and once I chose the vehicle, they had me behind the wheel and out the door in no time. Rocky, Dennis, Ryan & Stan all did a great job!!! Pacifico Ford made me feel that my business was appreciated, they treated me how a customer is supposed to be treated but rarely is. More

outstanding service I went into Pacifico Ford to renew my lease. I was very indecisive to which vehicle I was going to chose, I did speak to Chris Smith daily in regards I went into Pacifico Ford to renew my lease. I was very indecisive to which vehicle I was going to chose, I did speak to Chris Smith daily in regards to the specific car I was looking for and when I walked in he had a few vehicle's lined up for me in the lot to take a look at, which was very convenient for me, greatly appreciated all the hard work and dedication Chris had put in before and after my purchase. Chris and Rocky really did go above and beyond to make sure I left happy with the vehicle I truly wanted. Chad, Chris, and Rocky De Gregorio sat with me for a few hours doing the best they could to accommodate me, they truly dedicated so much time and hard work to make sure the vehicle and payments would be in my price range, which of course is most important. I did not expect to have such outstanding service all around every day, I did however choose Hyundai for my new lease-Nick was very helpful in my finalizing my vehicle leasing purchase and answering any questions I had as well. My entire family buys, leases from Pacifico Ford all because of Rocky De Gregorio-he is a great salesman as well as friend, I can assure you that you will never leave Pacifico unsatisfied.
