I JUST WENT IN FOR MAINTENANCE While waiting to have my car serviced I saw my salesman. He spoke, we chatted and I jokingly told him I didn't want a new car. He smiled and said, "let me put you into something a little newer." I declined and left shortly thereafter (he was with a customer so I didn't get a chance to say goodbye). A couple of days later he called me and told me he found just the car for me. I told him if you can lower my car payment I will purchase a new car. He told me to come in--I did so the next day and I left with a 2017 Ford Escape and a lower car payment and lowered car insurance! Mr. Holmes has sold me four cars (now 5). usually when he sees me for a maintenance check. I try to sneak in so he doesn't see me, but he always does (smile). If I call him and say this is your worst nightmare and he laughs and then calls me by name. Whenever someone talks to me about purchasing a car I tell them to go to Pacifico and I give them Gary Holmes phone number. I tell them if Mr. Holmes/Pacifico can't put you in a car no one can. I sent a coworker to him once and she is now on her second car purchased from Pacifico. I love the service I receive from Pacifico. The people are all friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of--even if you're sitting and waiting. If you are there for service they keep you updated as to the progress of the work being done and make sure that you are comfortable. I definitely recommend Pacifico for new car purchases and service!
