Bryan Delong worked with me to source a complete set of new tires. He made arrangements for me to come in and get the work done. I am grateful for his help and professionalism. While my truck was in the capable hands of their service department I went down the street and visited the Simeone Museum to see their fine collection of cars. Bryan took care of all the interaction with the warranty company which was a big relief. If you are on the fence for getting the wheel and tire warranty they offer just do it. It has already payed me back. This was all around a GREAT visit to Pacifico Fords Service Center. More
