Wonderful car buying experience! My wife, 3 kids (12,8,1) grandpop and myself were looking for the explorer. When we met Neal he was very pleasant and very knowledgeable about the veh My wife, 3 kids (12,8,1) grandpop and myself were looking for the explorer. When we met Neal he was very pleasant and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He took all of us out for a test ride for about 30 mins. It was great!! Absolutely feel in love with the SUV. When we all went inside to work out the numbers they had a room for the kids to play n watch TV. Made them happy. Neal did everything he could to get me to my price. Neal was very friendly and personable. He was also very knowledgeable in explaining the pros and cons of buying/leasing. In the end I decided to lease a 2017 Escape as I may want to go bigger with an Explorer in a few years.
