Quick and painless car purchase with a side of humor! This is the second used vehicle that I purchased at Pacifico in recent years and both times it has been a quick and painless process. I did not have to spend hours at the dealership the paperwork was a breeze. My sales guy Mike Henkin sold me my previous 2004 Taurus and my now 2016 Fusion which I absolutely love! Plus Mike has a great sense of humor which made going back a pleasure. He even put me in an Escape loaner while my radio screen was being repaired before I took delivery of my Fusion. Even though I did not get the car that I wanted, I got the car that I needed. Two Thumbs up!!!!!! More
