Whatever I needed the whole team was very responsive and polite. It is obvious that customer satisfaction is their primary goal. It also appears to be a good working environment. We currently own a Ford truck and wanted to see what new vehicles Ford had. Reinaldo was very patient and extremely informative with showing us different packages that came with the Ford F-150. Reinaldo and Stanley stayed hours after closing to help us decide what was best for us. We were able to leave that night with a brand new 2017 Ford F150 Lariat, and to top it off it was the floor model lol. More

Not so great for me Purchased a 2016 Ford Flex, certified, and had a few issues like the alignment, intelligent code key, no keypad number, no owner's manual. They told m Purchased a 2016 Ford Flex, certified, and had a few issues like the alignment, intelligent code key, no keypad number, no owner's manual. They told me that since I was out of state that I could take it to a Ford dealer and they would reimburse me for some of the issues. The issues were approximately $243 when I took it to a Ford dealer in my state. I have yet in two months been reimbursed. In fact they don't even return my email requests. I can forget the intelligent code key because they told me no one ever gets one. So if I lose my key I don't have the key code for it. That means I'll have to pay Ford to find my intelligent key code to make a possible lost key if I should have one. Also who ever detail my car didn't clean underneath the seats nor did he/she delete all the locations from GPS and phone numbers from the phone log. The only positive experience I had was with the woman that did my financing, Gina. So let the buyer beware. "All the glitter, it ain't gold" as The Spinners sign in their song. Today, 06 June 2017, after not getting a response from my salesperson after three emails. I will edit my review, for that reason, I received my reimbursement. I truly believe this website helped in this action. It took only about two days after I put this review in. I had tried three emails and one registered letter. I'm sorry that I had to turn to this website for help but thank you dealerrater.com. More
