Great Service from a great guy So, I walked into this dealership back at the end of May and barely had $1000 for the down payment and was almost connived before I even got there tha So, I walked into this dealership back at the end of May and barely had $1000 for the down payment and was almost connived before I even got there that I would not find a good car under $10,000, and under 80,000 miles. I had a car in mind that I viewed online but had assume it would be out of my price range. Renaldo, proved me wrong and showed me that he could make the situation work out so I would leave with a car and he did just that. This was my first time buying my own car for myself. I've never had to deal with the logistics of paperwork and understanding the key components of what the deal entailed. Reinaldo, explained everything from beginning to end and I left with my car and a clear picture of what I needed to do and what I had just signed me name too. He also sat and looked up insurance quotes for me to get me the best price possible. All while my two children played in that amazing waiting room they have for the people like me who are forced to bring their kids along with them to get things done. The amazing experience didn't end there, about a month after I got my car, the check engine light came on and I called him. He immediately went into action scheduling me for a visit and then taking me to work after I dropped the car off to be serviced that next morning. Renaldo has gone above and beyond at every step and he changed my view of sales man as a whole, I no longer believe that they aren't cold-hearten users, he showed me that a good salesman is what he exemplifies when I came in and every time I've called him and I can't thank him enough for making my first car buying experience one that many in his position should want to live up to. Great purchasing experience! One of our two car decided it wanted to retire. We needed another car. In our search for a car using TrueCar, my wife found a 2014 Chevrolet Malibu. We did a little research on Pacifico and we were impressed by the reviews. We drove down to the dealership and it was a great buying experience. Renaldo Tilley took care of us. Renaldo was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made the process easy and smooth. We drove off in our new to us 2014 Chevrolet Malibu LS. He treated my sister as if she was inferior and attempted to sell her a vehicle that had an accident at $350 above the highest blue book value for a similar pristine version. Then comes "Chadd"...don't bother clenching your teeth and pretending this fool ever stepped into a country club let alone out of The Orchid...his goal is to be even more condescending than Neil, acting as if HE WAS DOING US A FAVOR...TRUST ME I WILL BE PASSING ON TOO EVERY SINGLE PERSON I WORK WITH...RIGHT DOWN THE STREET BTW..WHO ALSO SPORT 860+ credit scores and rake in over 120K not to give Pacifico their business...I will also be calling Ford and Hyundai.
