Oil Change and Surprise Recall I came in at 7:30am for an oil change today and Paul let me know of an outstanding recall on my vehicle. That's a long time to wait for service so he offered me a complimentary rental car. I had nothing planned, so I waited. He came out at 10am and let me know they were wrapping everything up! I was out 2 hours early and I got an email while I was there about a $10 rebate that I should be expecting. He even filled out a rebate online for me and I am also expecting to get $10 back now!!! More
