Great Service Came into Service for a simple oil change and I had an issue with my Sync system. Jim was the first to help me and I feel he went above and beyond for Came into Service for a simple oil change and I had an issue with my Sync system. Jim was the first to help me and I feel he went above and beyond for what he did. Even though the whole process took 2 days in total he really made me feel at ease and helped me out every step of the way. I do forget the name of the service tech that did the actual work on my sync system but he was awesome because I know it gave him problems but he was able to over come that and fix my Sync system and I am very grateful for the both of them!
