After we sat down to talk numbers, Carlos and Shadi worked their xxxxx off to make sure I left with the vehicle I wanted, for a more-than-fair price.. and despite my constant nagging/negotiating, they were surprisingly patient and in the end closed the deal with both parties happy (at least I left happy!). Great guys, every time I come back to the dealer (oil changes and such), I am greeted by people that know my name, or remember me just based on the car I bought. Most of my car dealership experiences were one-time, short-term relationships.. I think this is going to be a long-term one. I'll be back when it's time to purchase or trade-in for sure. More
