Well everyone here at Pacifico did they best to help me get out of my lease and into a car that I could finance. Worked with Des Bryant who is great at what he does and told me everything that I needed to know (good and bad) and I appreciated that. Chad told me that they would take care of me and they did and for that I'm thankful. Also thanks to Jay in finance who went over everything with me and I will definitely be back (besides getting work done on the car) when it's time for me to get a new one. More
Excellent Customer Service - Back for another vehicle! I leased for the first time in August, 2015. This time I came back with my son who bought his first car - a 2016 Ford Mustang. Chris Was Great !!!!! From the time I walked into the dealership I was treated very nice and was always asked if I needed anything. Purchasing my first car, I had mixed emo From the time I walked into the dealership I was treated very nice and was always asked if I needed anything. Purchasing my first car, I had mixed emotions. I was nervous, scared, intimidated and wanted to make the right decision. I had been instructed to go in there like I knew what I was talking about, but of course being a woman in her late twenties, I hadn't the slightest clue where to begin. But I couldn't let these tough Pacifico Ford guys know that, even my salesman Chris Watson. Little did I know they would not be tough at all. They all helped me purchase my 2014 Ford Focus with ease. Chris informed me on all the perks of getting a certified pre owned ford. He went into detail to explain the engine for life program which includes a first free oil change among other things. All my fears quickly subsided, but now I just had to convince my Mom and brother who is an ex-car saleman that this was the best decision for me. When they came to the dealership with me later that night I thought for sure my family would be tough to convince. But once again, Chris and his team made sure my mom and brother were taken care of and really understood this deal for me. They even let my 5 year old son play xbox in the waiting area. Super cool! I was able to take the car for a temporary five days to see if I liked it, and I actually loved the car. I bought it back and was able to sign for it. We ran into another intimidating guy, the finance manager Bernard Jones. We ended up finding out that he went to the same Alma Mater as my Uncle, St. Joe's University. I once again felt at ease and comfort as he made sure he helped myself and my mom understand the financing process. This was one of the most proudest moments in my life that I was able to do this. Its a start to getting the car I really want in the future. Thank you so much to Chris and the all the guys at Pacifico Ford at the Auto Mall. Yall are great. Lies! Negligence! They must pick and choose what reviews to post on their site. My experience at Pacifico Ford was horrible. My car sat at this dealership for 5 month They must pick and choose what reviews to post on their site. My experience at Pacifico Ford was horrible. My car sat at this dealership for 5 months for a recall on headlights. Then I get my oil changed tell them to check the entire car out and get a clean bill of health. I drive this car for one month, notice a ticking sound at first start up (10 sec) and it goes away. I bring my car to the dealership to have them check it out. I get the Service Manager to introduce me (personally) to the senior Tech or mechanic that is working on my car to express my concern for whatever this problem is. They couldnt identify what the problem was immediately, called me back towards closing and told me it would be 1,800.00 to fix my car. That it was a timing chain greasing problem and not to worry about it, and that I didn't have to get it fixed right away. The next day my engine blew at 2:15am. I sat on the turnpike all night waiting for a tow. Towed the car back to the dealership and they called me back two weeks later stating $7,000.00. Now i am suing Pacifico for Negligence, time lost, rental fees and everything else. The catcher: they tell me they didn't contact me in a timely manner because they lost my phone number. Lets see what the Judge says... Now see if this gets posted... More
