Tyrell was incredible. I visted Pacifico Ford after Pacifico Hyundai shattered my inital car buying experience. When i walked over to Ford i was greeted by an older sales as I visted Pacifico Ford after Pacifico Hyundai shattered my inital car buying experience. When i walked over to Ford i was greeted by an older sales associate who seemed very disinterested in showing me and my girlfriend a vehicle. I felt like he was attempting to pass us off thinking that we could not afford a new vehicle. After walking through the dealership I saw Tyrell walk across the show room. I his amazing energy and charisma immediately attracted our attention. I asked him if he would be interested in selling us a car. He did more than sell us a vehicle however. He showed us every vehicle we were interested in explained how our options worked, he entertained us. I truly felt like my own brother was selling us a vehicle. We purchased a beautiful vehcile and couldnt be happer about our purchase. We couldnt be more happy with the gentleman who sold us the vehcile.
