Even though the car turned out to be unavailable, he was able to find a car with all the features and then some and have it there the very next day for me. Carl spent time with me to work on paperwork, test drive and how to use my new car's features all while being the perfect gentleman. He was very considerate and nice to deal with at a very stressful time. Gina spent time explaining everything to me and going over all the warranties available to me and giving me paperwork to look over so I can make a decision on what I would like to do.
