My Triple Yellow Mustang Baby I had to get my 2011 Mustang servise. Bill came to $500.00. Felt very distagusted. Even though the car turned out to be unavailable, he was able to find a car with all the features and then some and have it there the very next day for me. Carl spent time with me to work on paperwork, test drive and how to use my new car's features all while being the perfect gentleman. He was very considerate and nice to deal with at a very stressful time.
