Great experience all around. My car finally died, and it was too expensive to fix. Did a little looking online, and found a used car online that I liked the look of. I called Pacifico, and made an appointment to look the car over the same day. Turns out the car I was interested in had just been traded in a few days earlier. Pacifico had just finished giving the car its first quality inspection. With the help of Larry we settled on a price, but would make the final decision to buy after Pacifico finished refurbishing the car. Which took about a week longer than expected, because of having to wait for parts. On my return visit I was helped by Mike, and the car was worth the wait. Getting through financing was quick and easy. Since I didn't need to apply for a loan. After the purchase Mike also helped me schedule an appointment to get a spare key, and a front license plate bracket to pass NJ inspection. More

He knew that I knew what I wanted and thus the deal went very smoothly, although he did not drop the price down to the TRIPLE AAA quotation. (about $1000. difference) Tina, the on-site Farmers Insurance Rep. worked on the car insurance on the spot. We faxed the papers over to my bank. I walked into the dealership at 10AM and by 2PM I was in Center City Philadelphia picking up the check from my car loan officer to purchase the car. There were other perks. I arrived at the dealership via subway and bus. Tina and Tyrell worked on driving me back to Center City and they also picked me up when the time came to return to the dealership to pick up the car--much appreciated service. More

Emergency service repairs. I called for an appointment and was told to bring the car in right away for a test drive to determine the problem. I met with Mr. Terry Morrison and I called for an appointment and was told to bring the car in right away for a test drive to determine the problem. I met with Mr. Terry Morrison and Mr. Paul Rubin. Both men were very helpful and Paul actually took the car for the test drive. It was determined that the joint on the drivers side sway bar was failing. I left the car overnight for repairs and also had the tires replaced, brakes completely overhauled, and the oil and filter changed. The battery was tested and the wheels were checked for proper alignment. The throttle assembly was also checked. My four year old Mercury Mariner runs like a new car and my emergency was to make this car safe and reliable for my son before he returns to college next week. My thanks and appreciation to all Pacifico service personnel that made this experience pleasant. More
