Lack of communication on sales floor. My daughter and I went to the dealer after she did some research on a 2013 dodge journey. We were greeted by Carl. His was polite and nice but seemed to have some confusion with my daughters concerns of budget and warranty. After finding the car on the lot. She asked how much for the car. Instead of an answer he stated he would need to run the credit report in order to address the issue of pricing. As the application went forward the sales man left for a minute. Returned with the floor manager and stated the car had been previously sold with a deposit the day before. My question why was that car still in inventory ? They didn't have an answer for me ! So the floor manger stated he would search the remaining inventory and attempt to make a better deal to complete a sale. The counter offer was an older car with much more miles and higher payments. So what's the deal in that. Now miraculously they called with a 2014 journey offering the same deal. We went down the street to family dodge and did the deal on a 2015 and 75.00 a month cheaper ! It was truly sad when I received an e-mail from dealer review. Informing me that because I told my factual experience with the dealer in question. And that is was a negative review. That you the public will not be allowed to see it until 6/23/15 when it was written on 6/9/15 and we were in the dealer on 6/8/15 More

Great first car exerience I got my first car on Memorial day. I went into Pacifico Ford on the Saturday before with my cousin. I was nervous about purchasing a car. Due to Tyrell's great customer service I ended up coming back to Pacifico Ford two days later and getting a Mazda 3. I love Riley (my car) and I am glad that I brought a car from here. I would definitely recommend anyone to buy a car from here and to make sure that they ask for Tyrell as their car salesmen. More
