Long time buyers We have been dealing with Pacifico Ford for years and have never had a second thought to go anywhere else. Even this last time when we knew our sale We have been dealing with Pacifico Ford for years and have never had a second thought to go anywhere else. Even this last time when we knew our salesman Gabbie had relocated and wanted the same kind of relationship with another salesman we were a little worried. We were very happy to meet Chris Watson who did a great job in giving us what we wanted and made us feel as good about Pacifico as we did in the past and maybe even better. Everyone was caring and out to please us. The Pacifico family should be very proud of their company and where they have come. More

Service I wasn't happy that my car was held hostage for six (6) days since the dealership received a defective replacement part for my car and the wrong part I wasn't happy that my car was held hostage for six (6) days since the dealership received a defective replacement part for my car and the wrong part for another issue that was to be addressed. The only saving grace was Andres, the assistant services manager. He kept me apprised of the situation on a daily basis. He didn't lie or make excuses. He apologized for the unnecessary that wasn't his fault. I respected him since he took ownership of the problem. It was Andres professionalism and integrity that prevented my experience from being a horrible experience. I understand problems occur however rarely have I seen a manager take responsibility like Andres. He is a valuable asset to your company and I hope he recognized for the excellent customer service he provided. More
