Good sales experience, which I had scheduled more time I worked with Carl, who gave me an excellent sales experience, not too pushy, and happy to help us find the car we wanted. The negotiation was not as painful as other times I have negotiated for a car, and finding the right dsolution for us was easy. I wish that I had planned more time, as the time frame from choosing the vehicle to completing the sale took longer than I had planned, but I have no sense of if it was unusually long. More

Service I wasn't happy that my car was held hostage for six (6) days since the dealership received a defective replacement part for my car and the wrong part I wasn't happy that my car was held hostage for six (6) days since the dealership received a defective replacement part for my car and the wrong part for another issue that was to be addressed. The only saving grace was Andres, the assistant services manager. He kept me apprised of the situation on a daily basis. He didn't lie or make excuses. He apologized for the unnecessary that wasn't his fault. I respected him since he took ownership of the problem. It was Andres professionalism and integrity that prevented my experience from being a horrible experience. I understand problems occur however rarely have I seen a manager take responsibility like Andres. He is a valuable asset to your company and I hope he recognized for the excellent customer service he provided. More
