Awful This by far has been the worst car buying experience I've ever encountered and this is my 6th car purchase (not from this dealer). From the beginning This by far has been the worst car buying experience I've ever encountered and this is my 6th car purchase (not from this dealer). From the beginning everything was a complete cluster F. Salesmen not knowing the prevailing interest rates on loans for one. After we agreed on price they rushed me out of the door because they were closing for the day, and wanted me to come back another time to sign the paperwork. I agreed, then come back and they tell me they only accept cash or check down payments after I arrived with no notice and give me attitude like I'm the crazy one for not carrying around a checkbook with me. So basically if you want to buy a car from this place, bring a wad of cash or a checkbook cause you wont be able to close the same day. Come back the next day, AGAIN to close and they're not ready for me with the closing documents so I wait 2.5 hours (which was the average wait time for anything to get done). They were supposed to fix a tire for me that had a chunk missing in it, they forgot to do that so offered me a "credit" for another time to come back and get the tire replaced. I get to financing and they weren't aware of the agreement. Come back to get the tire replaced, Im there another 2 hours because apparently the machine that puts the tire on wasn't working that day. 2.5 weeks go by (I had a trade in with my purchase) and I notice that my loan on my previous vehicle hadn't been paid off yet. I call up the previous vehicle company and they never received a payoff, I call Pacifico and they apparently forgot or the paper work got lost and had to send a check out overnight. Good thing I was looking into it or else my car still might not be paid off. Finally, after 4 weeks I still hadn't received my license plates which was odd, so I call and they assure me they're coming. Well my temporary tag is about to expire, so I call the same day and cant get anyone on the phone. Finally after 3 hours someone answers and gives me an attitude that why am I calling and did I even buy a car with that dealership. Meanwhile I still haven't gotten my plates or an explanation/status of when I might... word to anyone else, stay away from this place unless you have a high tolerance for incompetence. More

Would rate 6 stars if possible! I walked into Pacifico Ford with zero intentions of committing to anything that day. I ended up driving off in a 2014 Ford Focus SE. The customer serv I walked into Pacifico Ford with zero intentions of committing to anything that day. I ended up driving off in a 2014 Ford Focus SE. The customer service was beyond stellar, I left there that day having met almost every associate in the dealership. I returned two days later to sign the rest of the paper work and everyone welcomed me back and was just as friendly as my first day. I have already passed out business cards for this dealership to people at work. I highly recommend them!! More
