Would rate 6 stars if possible! I walked into Pacifico Ford with zero intentions of committing to anything that day. I ended up driving off in a 2014 Ford Focus SE. The customer service was beyond stellar, I left there that day having met almost every associate in the dealership. I returned two days later to sign the rest of the paper work and everyone welcomed me back and was just as friendly as my first day. I have already passed out business cards for this dealership to people at work. I highly recommend them!! More
