I am not certain why I did not come here first but I did visit two other dealerships and I did not feel as though they were listening to me. Upon arrival to Pacifico Ford I was greeted by Randy Childress and he immediately put my mind at ease. He listened to my concerns and we proceeded from there. The process was smooth and the vehicle I purchased was recently traded and I test drove it. I was still a little hesitant about the purchase because I really did not want a car payment. I came along kicking and screaming (Lol) but the process fro start to finish was painless. There were some repairs that need to be performed and Randy made all of the arrangements including providing a rental while the repairs were made. I am happy that I made the decision to return to your dealership for this purchase and I would not hesitate to recommend Randy to anyone that is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. The entire experience was smooth and professional and I am very pleased!!!!!!! More
