Oh, how I got the car I wanted I went to Pacifico Ford with the hope of getting a Ford Flex. Mr Holmes told my brother in law that he would be at the dealership until 4pm that day, I went to Pacifico Ford with the hope of getting a Ford Flex. Mr Holmes told my brother in law that he would be at the dealership until 4pm that day, but if I needed him to stay beyond that time then he would stay to assist me in getting a car. After test driving the car, reviewing the features, the mileage and contemplating on the color, I could not leave without that Ford Flex. Mr Holmes worked very hard to finalize the sale. I drove off the lot with the Ford Flex and left my car at the dealership to be picked up at a later time. Thanks Mr Holmes for your time and effort in making me a satisfied customer!!!! I love my Ford Flex!!! More

Great experience, great car! My girlfriend and I arrived at Pacifico Ford after a long and unpleasant experience at a competitor. We came in on a very busy Saturday, so at first I My girlfriend and I arrived at Pacifico Ford after a long and unpleasant experience at a competitor. We came in on a very busy Saturday, so at first I was worried when Des, the original sales rep who responded to my inquiry, was busy with another customer. Des explained that he wasn't going to be able to help, apologized and immediately introduced us to Mike Henkin, who, after the experience we just had at the competitor, was a breath of fresh air! Reassuring and relatable, he actually listened to what I was looking for in a car, thoroughly explained the features of the car that I had decided to test drive (a certified 2014 Ford Fusion Titanium - love it!), made the test drive fun and the buying process smooth. Like I said, it was a Saturday and very busy (we were the last people out of the dealership with my new car), and Mike made sure we were comfortable, asking us if he could get us coffee or water and checked in periodically during down times when finance was running my credit check, etc. We were never completely unattended, which could have easily happened on such a busy day. A side note, when I was outside looking at the car, two separate employees at different times walked by and told me that I was picking a great car, and that they own it themselves. They explained in passing what they liked about the car. Both conversations were brief, but made me feel reassured that not only was I picking the right car, but I felt so much better with Pacifico, because it showed me that the entire staff was attentive to everybody in the showroom and on the lot on a very busy day. Very happy with the entire experience! More

First car purchase - probably can't get better than this! I walked in with my Father on a rainy day in November, looking to see and test drive a few cars. I was greeted by Charles (also goes by Randy) at the front door. He quickly greeted us and walked us to his desk, and we talked about some options. I had my eyes set on a 2015 Mustang EcoBoost, and after a short discussion, Randy went to retrieve a few cars that I may be interested in. I fell for the black Mustang, and Randy took me out for a quick test drive. He was extremely informative, and helped me to learn a bit more about the car even in the short drive we had. After the test drive, I had no doubt that I wanted the car and we sat down again to discuss the price and other logistics. Randy and his manager gave me an outstanding price for the vehicle, and Gina at Finance was able to give me a great rate for my specific financial situation. I also had a trade-in vehicle, which they gladly took, for a great rate, for me. The whole process took about 4-5 hours, which in my opinion was a bit too long, but I blame that on myself rather than the dealers because most of the time was spent finding the best rate for me; a definite plus! I ended up driving out of the dealership with a childhood dream car. This was my first car purchase that I have done myself, and I couldn't commend Pacifico Ford and their staff more on their exemplary service! I highly recommend Randy and everyone else at Pacifico Ford! More
